Matt and Chris Bogan run a working class movie company out of a rundown workshop in South Auckland. Each week an unsuspecting business or misguided individual hires them to shoot a low budget functional film. Without fail they miss the point, get overly excited and produce an action packed stunt filled masterpiece that the customer hates. The show is a hilarious scripted behind the scenes look at a reckless but brilliant film crew.

The viewer will see stunts go wrong, sets fall down and special effects explode in actors' faces. They will witness the tensions and loyalties of a family of comic characters as they fight to achieve an impossible cinematic goal. By the time the film is screened to the customer in act three the audience will have a vested interest.

They watched it get made and they will not be disappointed with the result. The defeats they witnessed will become triumphs, the anarchy will become story and their doubt will be replaced with pride.

Bogan Brothers is edgy, entertaining and funny but also grounded in a family story that will keep the audience reverted across the entire series.
